April 12 (Reuters) - National United Resources Holdings Ltd  0254.HK : 
 
 * Subscription of new shares under general mandate  0254.HK  
 * On 11 April 2016, co entered into a conditional subscription agreement with 
the subscriber 
 * Issue a total of 496 million subscription shares at a price of hk$0.165 per 
subscription share 
 * The gross proceeds arising from the subscription will be hk$81.8 million 
 * Intended that net proceeds will be used as to approximately 30% for 
settlement of debt and related interests
