 * Says the convertible bonds in an aggregate principal amount of hk$75 million 
 * Says co and the subscriber entered into the subscription agreement 
 * Net proceeds from the issue of the convertible bonds are estimated to be 
   approximately hk$74.9 million 
 * Pursuant to agreement the co has conditionally agreed to issue the 
   convertible bonds
