Brief: National United Resources says company and HX enters into subscription agreement

Dec 9 (Reuters) - National United Resources Holdings Ltd  0254.HK : 
 * Company and hx entered into the subscription agreement 
 * Hx to issue, and the company has conditionally agreed to subscribe for, the convertible bonds in the principal amount of HK$100 million 
 * Says principal amount will be partly settled by offsetting principal amount of Hx bond of HK$70 million to be repaid by HX to co 
 * Says remaining balance will be settled in cash by the company from its internal resources
