down 25.5% at $25 
    ** Lowers rev and adj profit forecasts for 2022
    ** cuts FY net rev forecast to $2.01 bln-$2.07 bln from
$2.12 bln-$2.17 bln
    ** Sees full year adj EPS of $0.65-$0.80 vs. earlier
forecast of $1.03-$1.10
    ** Q1 net revenue down 1.2% at $527.7 mln vs. est. of $536.7
mln 
    ** "With headwinds from Omicron , weaker consumer confidence
and emerging constraints to exam capacity, our comps declined" -
