BUZZ-Naturgy slips after CVC exit ** Shares in Naturgy NTGY.MC fall more than 4% after private equity group CVC Capital Partners CVC.AS sold its entire stake in the Spanish utility at a discount
** CVC's Rioja Acquisition divested its holding, including by placing 107.5 million shares in an accelerated bookbuild at 28.55 euros, a 4.64% discount to the previous close
** Stock had rallied this month to near four-year highs after a string of broker upgrades following BlackRock's exit, which removed an overhang
** Naturgy among the worst performers on the STOXX 600 .STOXX, on track for biggest one-day drop since early March. Stock up ~10% YTD
