    The company said on Saturday that Abenewco 1 had obtained
new waiver from the creditor entities to extend the maturity
date of the NM2 debt instruments and reinstated debt agreement

    The company said on Friday that Kiluva sold and transferred
to Naturhouse all its shares in the Spanish company Girofibra.
The transaction was carried out for the total price of 825,965

    Spain's Ercros approved on Friday the treasury shares
repurchase programme worth up to 25 million euros which will be
