March 2 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    MASMOVIL IBERCOM  MASM.MC  
    MásMovil Ibercom  MASM.MC  said on Monday it will buy
Spanish virtual mobile operator Lycamobile for 372 million euros

    TELEFONICA  TEF.MC 
    Telefonica will meet with several sovereign investment funds
from the Middle East in an effort to protect itself from a
hostile bid after the weak share performance shown since the
company's overhaul announced last November, El Confidencial
reported on Monday citing unidentified sources. 
    According to the website, Telefonica will meet this week in
London with Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Kuwait
Investment Authority (KIA), Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and
Singapore's Temasek.

    Spanish engineering company Duro Felguera posted a net
profit of 10.9 million euros in 2019 versus 99.4 million euros a
