    Spain's Santander SA has begun the process of finding a
replacement for Chief Executive Officer Jose Antonio Alvarez,
according to a source familiar with the matter, gearing up for a

    According to the Spanish newspaper Expansion, Telefonica
expects the first round of non-binding bids for 45% of its
wholesale rural fibre optic subsidiary on May 19. 
    Separately, El Confidencial reported on Monday that Allianz
is bidding to buy Telefonica's rural fibre with KKR and CDPQ.

    Cellnex has acquired around 2,400 radio links from Vodafone
Spain, Expansion reported on Monday.

    The company said on Friday it had acquired 39.6% stake in
