£3bn Euro Medium Term Note Programme

bLEND Funding plc, is pleased to announce the addition of a new borrower to
the pool of Housing Association borrowers. Details of all borrowers are set

bLEND Funding Plc has mandated Lloyds and NatWest to explore the possibility
of a Social, senior secured Reg S, fixed rate, 6 year, sub-benchmark £200m
offering, of which £95m is expected to be retained. The notes are expected to
be rated A2 by Moody's and would be issued under bLEND Funding PLC's £3bn
Euro Medium Term Note Programme dated 25 March 2025. Any offering would be
subject to market conditions.

The net proceeds of the notes would be used for on lending to authorised
borrowers on the terms set out in the Programme Memorandum dated March 2025.
The proceeds would be used in accordance with bLEND Funding Plc's Sustainable
Bond Framework.
