NOTICE

To the Holders of the

Range Accrual Note due 2035 (ISIN: NL0000116796)

issued by NatWest Markets Plc

 (the "Notes")

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Holders of the above Notes that NatWest Markets
Plc has published listing particulars relating to EUR 14,740,000 Range Accrual
Note due 2035 (the "Additional Notes").  NatWest Markets Plc has applied for
the Additional Notes to be admitted to trading on the Global Exchange Market
("GEM) of the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin.

The Additional Notes are consolidated and form a single series with the  EUR
50,000,000 Range Accrual Notes due 2035 which were admitted to GEM on 21 May
2024 (together with the Additional Notes, the "Notes").  The Notes were
originally issued on 17 March 2005 and listed  on Euronext Amsterdam N.V.
Of the outstanding EUR 157,100,000 that had previously been listed on Euronext
Amsterdam N.V., EUR 92,360,000 has been repurchased. The repurchased Notes
were cancelled by NatWest Markets Plc on 5 July 2024 and the current
outstanding principal amount of the Notes is therefore EUR 64,740,000.
