Notice of Redemption

NatWest Group plc (the "Company")

The Company hereby gives notice to holders of the $2,000,000,000 4.269% Fixed
Rate/Floating Rate Notes due 2025 issued by the Company pursuant to the
Amended and Restated Indenture dated 13 December 2017 as amended and
supplemented by the Fourth Supplemental Indenture dated 22 March 2019
(together, the "Indenture") (ISIN: US780097BK63; CUSIP: 780097BK6) (the
"Notes") of the upcoming redemption of all of the outstanding Notes on 22
March 2024. The amount currently outstanding of the Notes is $2,000,000,000.
 

 

The Company has elected to redeem the Notes on 22 March 2024 in accordance
with the Indenture. The Notes are being redeemed pursuant to Section 11.09 of
the Indenture.
