Principality announces appointment of Non-Executive Director to its Board

Principality Building Society announces the appointment of Chris Davis as a
notified Non-Executive Director from 1(st) May 2026.

Chris brings over 35 years of wide-ranging banking experience across change,
IT, risk and operations, having worked at NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and
the Co-operative Bank.

Simon Moore, Chair of Principality Building Society, said: "Principality is
delighted to welcome Chris to our Board of Directors. His experience will play
a crucial role in advancing the Society's transformational growth ambitions."

 

Chris Davis said: "I am looking forward to joining Principality Building
