** Marine robotics company Nauticus Robotics KITT.O shares down nearly 4.5% to about $1.36 in early trade

** The Webster, Texas-based company posts wider Q3 loss, due to non-cash charges from changes in the fair value of warrant liabilities and November 2024 debentures

** Posts Q3 adj. net loss of $6.8 mln, compared to $6.4 mln a year ago

** However, Q3 revenue rose to $1.98 mln from $0.37 mln YoY, on growing demand and acquisition of subsea robotics co Sea Trepid enabling access to remotely operated vehicles

** Expects customer base for software sales to expand in 2026

** Including session's moves, shares down 90.3% YTD
