** The co, which is engaged in power generation, mining,
ferro alloys and agri-business, on Wednesday posted a 59% plunge
in its Q4 consol net profit
** More than 2.6 times shares change hands vs 30-day avg of
197,971 shares
** Stock down 11.6% this year, as of last close
