** Shares of Nava  NAAL.NS  rise 12.3% to 424.95 rupees
    ** Co to buy back up to 7.2 mln shares, representing up to
2.48% equity, at 500 rupees ($5.76) per share via tender offer
route
    ** NAVA is engaged in metals, energy, mining, agri, among
others
    ** Trading vols at 1.4 mln shares, 3.5x the 30-day average
    ** NAAL's stock more than doubled in 2024
