** Co posts Q2 adj. per share profit of $2.15, beating estimates of $1.74 per share, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Reports Q2 revenue of $327.6 mln, beating estimates of $309.6 mln

** NMM says shipping market is healthy, driven by creation of trade patterns with longer distances due to Ukraine-Russia war, continued attacks in Red Sea, and evolving world tariff regime

** YTD, the stock has risen nearly ~3.37%
