** Co posts profit of 24.5 million rupees ($284,714.88in June quarter, compared to a loss of 130.7 million rupees a year ago

   ** Revenue from operations rises 17.4% year-over-year to 1.3 bln rupees

** Trading volume exceeds 6.3 mln shares, 10.6x 30-day moving avg

** Stock down 21% YTD
