India's Navkar Corp up on report JSW Infra leads race to buy co

** Shares of container freight station facilities firm
Navkar Corp  NAVR.NS  rose as much as 7.7% to 121.70 rupees
before reversing most of its gains to trade 1.3% higher
    ** Commercial ports operator JSW Infrastructure  JSWN.NS  is
leading the race to acquire NAVR and talks between the companies
are in advanced stages, CNBC-TV18 reports
    ** JSW Infra's shares fell ~3% on Thursday before erasing
losses to trade 0.7% higher
    ** JSWN declined to comment while NAVR did not immediately
respond to Reuters' request for comment
    ** NAVR rose ~62% in 2023; JSWN down about 27% since listing
on Oct. 3, 2023
