 NAZA.NS  rise 4.3% to 973.4 rupees, their biggest one-day gain
since Nov. 26, 2024
    ** Co says it will consider issuing equity shares/securities
on preferential basis on Jan. 20
    ** Also increases stake in Absolute Sports to 91.03% by
buying another 9.09% stake for 727.3 million rupees ($8.41
million)
    ** Stock sees busiest day in more than seven weeks, with
over 850,000 shares traded, over twice its 30-day avg
    ** Analysts' avg rating on stock is "hold;" their median PT
is 905 rupees - data compiled by LSEG
    ** Stock gained 18% in 2024
