Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
 
The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.
 
The AGM will be held at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GR on 7 May 2019 at 10:00 BST.
 
Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be obtained on request from the Company's registered office and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
