Reduction to fees
 
The Board of NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund (the "Company") are pleased to announce that, effective 1 October 2019, Neuberger Berman Europe Limited (the "Manager") has agreed to reduce their annual management fee from 0.75% to 0.65% per annum.
 
Rupert Dorey, Chairman of the Company, has commented:
 
"The Board welcomes this reduction by the Manager as part of the Board's drive to further reduce the ongoing charges."
