The Board of NB Global Monthly Income Fund Limited hereby gives notice of an
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held at 10am on 1 July

Port, GY1 2HL.  A Shareholder Circular which includes a letter from the
Chairman, will be mailed to Shareholders, and will be available on the
