 NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or the "Company"), a closed-end
private equity investment company, announced on 25 January 2016 the
declaration of its first 2016 semi-annual dividend payment of $0.25 per Share
on the Company's class A Ordinary Shares ("Shares"), to be paid on 29 February
2016 1 . Today, the Company extended the period for the currency election and
dividend re-investment plan election relating to this dividend. As a result of
the extension, the final day for the currency election and dividend
re-investment plan election is now 12 February 2016. The dividend payment will
be made on 29 February 2016.

  Distribution amount per Share:      $0.25 cents per Share   
  Ex-dividend date:                   4 February 2016         
  Dividend record date:               5 February 2016         
  Final day for Currency Election:    12 February 2016        
  Final day for DRIP Election 2 :     12 February 2016        
  Payment date:                       29 February 2016        
 2 This dividend as well as future dividends shall be conditional on the
passing of the solvency test under Guernsey law. The Board of Directors will
continue to evaluate the Company's financial position, annual dividend amounts
and the timing of future dividends. Future dividend payments will be announced
by NBPE after the Board of Directors have completed such evaluation. 4 Anyone
acting for the account or benefit of a U.S. person who elects to receive
additional shares through the dividend re-investment plan would need to sign a
Qualified Purchaser certification, which is available from the Company's
