 Appointment of a New Director 
 
 The Company is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has appointed
John Falla as a non-executive director of the Company. The appointment is
effective from 21 December 2015. 
 
 Talmai Morgan, Chairman said: 
 
 "I am very pleased to welcome John to the Board.  He is an individual whose
skills will complement those of the other directors." 
 
 In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13, Mr Falla has advised that he is
currently a director of the following publically quoted companies: 
 
* Duet Real Estate Finance Limited 
* SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited
