rise 3% to 103 rupees
   ** The state-run co. says unit gets orders worth 5.99 bln
rupees ($71 mln)
   ** The orders include establishment of healthcare clinic and
radiation oncology unit in India's western state of Maharashtra
   ** Stock extends gain for three sessions straight
   ** Stock extends YTD gains to ~89%
