** Shares of NBCC (India) Ltd NBCC.NS rise as much as 3.1% to 125.85

** Infra co says it has settled 42.46-acre land dispute with Delhi government

** As per settlement, land will be equally divided between the two parties

** More than 16 mln shares traded as of 10:07 A.M. IST, vs 30-day moving avg of more than 14.7 mln shares

** NBCC last up nearly 2%, adding to YTD gains of about 31%
