Capital Markets Event for Escode

 

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Group"), a people-powered,
tech-enabled global cyber security and software escrow business, looks forward
to hosting a Capital Markets Event focusing on the capabilities of the Escode
division on Thursday 25 April 2024 from 10:30am - 12:30pm.

The event will focus on the strategy, operational performance and launch of
the Escode brand, a new name and a new identity for NCC's global software
escrow and verification division. The event will be led by Andrew Lemonofides,
Escode Global Managing Director, who will outline Escode's strong position in
the software escrow market and its vision for the future.

This is the first in a series of Capital Market Events planned this year - the
next one, Thursday 20 June 2024, will be focused on our Cyber Managed Services
capability.

The Capital Markets Event is for institutional investors and sell-side
analysts only. The event will be hosted by the London Stock Exchange at its
offices in 10 Paternoster Sq., London EC4M 7LS and streamed virtually via
webcast and conference call. A recording of the webcast will be made available
on NCC's Plc website as soon as possible following the presentation.
