Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

 

The Company confirms that its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 ("AGM
Notice") and its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 30 September
2024 ("Annual Report") have been posted or otherwise been made available to
shareholders and published on the Investor Relations section of its website
(www.nccgroupplc.com/investor-relations).

 

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.00am on Tuesday 28 January 2025
at the offices of DLA Piper UK LLP, 160 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HT.

 

A copy of the Annual Report and AGM Notice have also been submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection there.
