Purchase of shares via Employee Benefit Trust
NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Group"), a people-powered,
tech-enabled global cyber security and software escrow business, announces
that on 17 December 2024, the Company was notified by the Trustee of the
Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that between 12 and 17 December 2024, the EBT
purchased 1,901,880 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at an
average price of 143.8p per share.
The Shares will be held in the EBT, which is a discretionary trust for the
benefit of the Group's employees. The Shares will be used to satisfy the
future vesting requirements of share plans the Company operates under the
Long-Term Incentive Plan and Restricted Share Plan and other discretionary
share plans.
Following this purchase, the EBT holds a total of 6,818,819 ordinary shares,
equating to 2.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
