** NCC NCCL.NS slips as much as 9.9% to 135 rupees, lowest since October 2023, last down 1.2%

** Co and subsidiary OB Infrastructure debarred from participating in any tender or bids issued by National Highway Authority of India for two years

** Co says it's reviewing debarment order; sees no impact on existing order book or ongoing projects

** YTD, NCCL down ~7%
