** Stock was down about 0.8% ahead of quarterly earnings

** Cement company's profit before exceptional items more than doubles y/y, revenue up 6.1%

** More than 685,000 shares traded so far, nearly 13x of 30-day avg

** YTD, NCLI down 2.3%
