tracer diagnostics capabilities 
    * NCS Multistage Holdings Inc - Deal for $80 million 
    * Ncs Multistage Holdings Inc says expects transaction to 
be accretive to eps in first year 
    * NCS Multistage Holdings Inc - Merger consideration on a 
cash-free, debt-free basis, comprised of about $73 million of 
cash and about 0.4 million ncs shares 
    * NCS Multistage Holdings Inc - Deal consideration 
primarily funded with cash on hand and use of credit facility 
    * NCS Multistage  - Earn-out provision could provide up to 
$12.5 million additional cash consideration if some financial 
performance measures are achieved
