** Shares of power solutions company Bloom Energy BE.N rise 8% to $282.33 in extended trading

** Company says it will deploy fuel cell systems to help power Nebius's NBIS.O AI infrastructure build-out

** Bloom's fuel cell systems will provide behind-the-meter electricity for Nebius, supporting rising compute demand

** BE says the first project with 328 megawatt (MW) of installed capacity is expected to be operational this year, eliminating the need for gas turbines at the site

** As of last close, shares were up 224.9% YTD
