** AI infrastructure firm Nebius Group's NBIS.O shares rise 16.6% to $208.84 premarket

** Co reports more than seven-fold rise in Q1 revenue to $399 mln from $50.9 mln, beating analysts' avg. estimate of $371.4 million - data compiled by LSEG.

** Q1 capex rises to ~$2.5 bln from $544 mln a year earlier and above Visible Alpha analysts' estimate of $2.4 bln

** Co also announces it has secured up to 1.2 GW of power and land for a new, owned AI factory at a site in Pennsylvania

** Up to last close, NBIS has more than doubled YTD
