** Announces up to $27 bln AI capacity deal with Meta Platforms META.O

** NBIS to provide $12 bln of dedicated capacity across locations starting early 2027 in one of the first large-scale deployments of the next-generation Nvidia NVDA.O Vera Rubin platform

** META commits to purchase additional available compute capacity across upcoming NBIS clusters up to a total of $15 bln over five years

** Last week, NVDA said it would invest $2 bln to buy an 8.3% stake in NBIS

** Up to last close, NBIS has risen 34.9% this year; META has fallen ~7% this year
