August 19 (Reuters) - The main U.S. indexes rebounded on Wednesday after a steep tech selloff in the previous session as easing government bond yields boosted risk appetite, while markets assessed a flood of positive corporate updates, including from vaccine-maker Moderna. .N
     
At  13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.23% at 53,466.47. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.31% at 7,715.42, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.18% at 26,337.33.
