Neo Energy Metals plc, the near term, low-cost uranium developer, is pleased
to announce that its Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
('AGM') were posted to shareholders today.

 

The AGM will be held at the offices of MSP Secretaries Limited, Eastcastle
House, 27/28 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DH on Friday 8 March 2024 at 1:00
p.m.
