** Shares of Nephrocare Health Services Ltd NEPR.NS rise 3.3% to 475 rupees in trading debut

** Co valued at 47.66 billion rupees ($527.68 million), as of 11:52 IST

** Stock opened at 490 rupees on the National Stock Exchange of India, up 30 rupees or 6.5% from the issue price

** The pharmaceutical firm's 8.71-billion-rupee IPO, comprised a fresh issue of shares worth 3.53 billion rupees and existing shareholders selling shares worth 5.18 billion rupees

** The IPO proceeds to be used to set up dialysis clinics in India, for prepayment or scheduled repayment, in full or in part, of certain borrowings
