up 21.3% at $8.02; snap five-day losing streak
    ** NEPH also hit highest in more than a month earlier in the
session
    ** Co posts Q1 prelim rev of $2.7 mln, an 8% rise from year

    ** NEPH says Q1 rev, despite COVID-19 pandemic, will be a
record high and the third-highest quarterly rev in its history 
    ** "As more of the country is vaccinated over the coming
weeks and months, we anticipate increasingly open markets and a
return to pre-pandemic growth rates" - CEO Andy Astor 
    ** Co scheduled to report Q1 results on May 6
    ** Shares down ~6% YTD
