nearly 31% above offer price in Nasdaq market debut, valued at
$1.5 bln  
    ** San Francisco, California-based co's shares open at $23.5
    ** Co sold 7.25 mln shares priced at $18 a piece, at the
midpoint of the price range announced earlier, raising $130.5
