** Co's Q1 consol net profit rises 37.8% Y/Y to 961.4 mln rupees ($11.02 mln)

** Q1 consol revenue jumps 36.8% Y/Y to 1.93 bln rupees

** Trading vols at 443,265 shares so far, over 3x the 30-day average

** NSEN up ~32% YTD
