40 million PLN term loan facility with EBRD
On April 9th, 2020 Eesti Energia AS's fully owned subsidiary Enefit Green AS has signed a bilateral term loan contract with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in amount of 40 million PLN. The term of the senior unsecured loan is 8 years and is repaid under 11.2 years repayment schedule. The purpose of the term loan is to support Enefit Green's entrance to the Polish renewable market through the financing of Enefit Green's acquisition of 20 small scale greenfield solar plants totalling up to 19.2MW announced to the market on June 19th, 2019.
