** Shares of data storage firm NetApp  NTAP.O  rise 4.6% to
$132.54 premarket
    ** NTAP raises FY adj. EPS to $7.20-$7.40 from $7.00-$7.20
    ** Raises FY revenue forecast to $6.54-$6.74 bln from
$6.48-$6.68 bln
    ** TD Cowen raises PT to $160 from $145, which represents an
upside of ~26% to stock's last close
    ** Seven of 23 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 15
"hold" and 1 "sell"; their median PT is $134.50 - LSEG
    ** Up to last close, stock had risen ~44% this year
