$31.92, while medical equipment supplier Invacare Corp  IVC.N 
falls 9.3% to $4.37 on Tues amid S&P index changes
    ** Kyndryl Holdings Inc  KD.N   KD_w.N  to join S&P Midcap
400  .IDX  effective Fri, Nov 5, as part of its spinoff by IBM
