Net Zero Infrastructure Plc, a special purpose acquisition company, is pleased
to announce that the Company has posted to shareholders copies of its annual
report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025, along with
notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at The Army
& Navy Club, 36 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5JN at 11.00am on Thursday 30
April 2026 and Form of Proxy.
