Combined Liberty and MATS Contract Win
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of Low-code and customer engagement software, is pleased to announce that it has secured a minimum £1.4 million contract with a New York Stock Exchange listed group (the 'Customer'). The four-year contract, with an option to extend for a further two years, is for the MatsSoft Low-code platform ("MATS") and Netcall's Liberty omnichannel Contact Centre solution, delivered as a combined platform via the cloud.
Netcall's Liberty solution and the MATS Low-code platform have been selected by the Customer to jointly provide a digital services platform to support the delivery of a UK Government Agency's services. The platform will support case management, web and mobile portals, integration to back-office systems and payment gateways and multi-channel communications.
