Change to the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") arrangements

Netcall plc (AIM:NET), a leading provider of intelligent automation and
customer engagement software, announces a change to the arrangements for the
holding of the Company`s 2021 AGM in light of the Covid-19 guidelines
published by HM Government on 9 December 2021.

The Company`s principal priority is the health and safety of all its
stakeholders, employees, advisers and colleagues. It is with this in mind that
the Group has implemented stringent practices throughout the duration of the
pandemic. In announcing the posting of its annual report and accounts and the
AGM Notice, ("Notice") on 22 November 2021, ("Posting RNS") the Company set
out the measures it intended to effect for the holding and conduct of the AGM.

In light of the latest governmental guidance the Company announces that the
AGM will now be held virtually on 16 December 2021 at 10.30am, (GMT). In order
to ensure that shareholders and investors are able to follow the proceedings
of the AGM, the Company will provide online access to the meeting but
shareholders wishing to attend must register via e-mail to ir@netcall.com by
no later than 10.30am, (GMT), on 14 December 2021. This is required to enable
the Company to put in place the necessary facilities to afford access.
Shareholders and investors will need to provide evidence of their holding. As
stated in the Posting RNS, any shareholder wishing to raise questions is
requested to do so by following the procedure therein set out. The Board
however, reminds you that at the AGM the Directors will not answer questions
relating to the matters specified in note 4 to the Notice.
