Schedule 1 hereto (the "Relevant Series")

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning
given thereto in the Base Prospectus in relation to the Leverage Shares plc
collateralised exchange traded securities programme dated 16 May 2022.

Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Relevant Series that the deadline
for receipt of voting instructions with respect to the ETP Securityholder
meetings for each of the Relevant Series to be held on 6(th) April 2023, will
be extended until 5pm Irish time on 5(th) April 2023.
