(the "Relevant Series") issued by

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Relevant Series that, at the
adjourned meetings of the ETP Securityholders of the Relevant Series, details
of which are set out in Schedule 2 hereto, a quorum was not present and
therefore the adjourned meetings were dissolved.
