Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

NetScientific Plc (AIM: NSCI), the deeptech and life sciences VC investment
group, announces that today, Mr Ed Hooper (Executive Director) purchased 9,000
ordinary shares in the capital of NetScientific Plc ("Ordinary Shares")
through his Self-Invested Personal Pension.

 

Following such purchase, Ed Hooper is interested in 89,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.38 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.

 

The information below, set out in accordance with the requirements of
the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
